Laura's paintings explore how an experience can be broken down into glimpses or cells. Some seen as extreme close ups, some as impressions of the whole. She received her formal art education from Temple University's Tyler School of Art, Rutgers University and in a studio in NYC. She moved to California in the 1980s and spent years as an art director. She currently lives in the Bay Area and paints commissions
of its' unique urban landscape.
